“Elia” Bio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a product of Organic Farming from certified olive
groves of Cyprus. It is cultivated from local olive trees with pure sustainable methods, without the use of any chemicals, and
according to the national and international standards of organic farming, handling and production.
It is an excellent pure olive juice extracted exclusively from olives of the “Koroneiki” variety
which are hand-picked and “cold-pressed” in the mill a few hours after being harvested.
That ensures the preservation of all the nutrients, low acidity, unique aromas, taste and golden
colour, and produces an exceptional high-quality aromatic and light organic
olive oil that leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste.
