Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

According to stock availability, all orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, after receiving payment.

Shipping Service:

• For Domestic Orders: ACS Courier. Order is delivered to the customer's closest ACS Courier Point. 
• For International Orders: Cyprus Post Office, A’ Priority registered mail – parcels.

You will always receive tracking number.

Shipping Charges are estimated and added automatically to your order without any additional revenue from us.

CYPRUS

• Products are shipped by ACS Courier.
• For Cyprus we use flat rate shipping: €3.00 (to your closest ACS Courier Point)
• For Cyprus we use flat rate shipping: €4.00 (Door to Door Service)
• Free shipping on orders over €30.00 within Cyprus.
• 1-2 working days delivery within Cyprus from departure of order.
• Order is delivered to your closest ACS Courier Point or Door to Door.

INTERNATIONAL

Products are shipped by Cyprus Post Office.

All shipping charges also follow Cyprus Post Office price table policy. The tables bellow offer a general idea of the shipping expenses.

We use weight based shipping charge per order as follows (shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout):

*A’ Priority Overseas parcels are parcels that are sent by air and are handled by priority both in the country of posting and in the country of destination, depending on the quality standards of the country of destination

ZONE 1: European Union countries and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein and Monaco

ZONE 2: Other European countries and countries in the rest of the world.

* Countries EPG: Austria , Belgium , France , Germany , Denmark , Switzerland , Greece , Estonia , Ireland , Iceland , Spain , Italy , Croatia , Latvia , Lithuania , Luxembourg , Malta , Great Britain , Norway , Netherlands , Poland , Portugal , Romania , Slovakia , Sweden , Czech Republic , Finland, Hungary, Slovenia

For the Overseas Letter Mail Postal Items and Parcel Services, delivery would be at the nearest Post Office. For EPG Parcel Service delivery would be at your door.

Delivery typically 8-10 working days from dispatch - for EU countries and 14-16 working days from dispatch - for countries in the rest of the world.

Please note that international orders may be subjected to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs or Taxes by the destination Country.
