Thank you for ordering from Paradosiaka Means Traditional.

If you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service department at info@paradosiakacy.com.

All items are quality controled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.

All domestic and international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns and refunds are accepted on domestic and international orders.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
