STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SPICY GREEN OLIVE PASTE

Ingredients: ½ jar Green Olive Paste with red pepper, (Green Olive Paste for non-Spicy option) 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, Grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Instructions:
- Cut a pocket horizontally in the thickest part of each chicken breast.
- Fill with olive paste and secure with toothpicks.
- Lightly coat grill rack with olive oil. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Discard toothpicks before serving.
Ingredients: 98% Green Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (<1‰ Bukovo, Herbs, Citric Acid E330, Salt).
